Designed with straight and angular spindles to remove burrs from gears, improving the quality and working life of the gear. Built from high-grade raw materials, and modified to suit the component you actually run.
After gear teeth are cut or ground, tiny burrs and sharp edges remain on the flanks and end faces. Left in place, they cause noise, premature wear, misalignment and reduced life of the mating components.
Deburring removes these micro-protrusions so the gear runs smoother, meshes cleanly and lasts longer. On a transmission line it is the difference between a gearbox that shifts quietly and one that comes back as a warranty claim.
Speed regulation, forward and reverse motion and micro-adjustments ensure burrs come off without undercutting the flank.
Tooling is dynamically balanced and the frame is built rigid, so the machine does not chatter as it works.
Deburred gears run smoother, shift cleaner in transmissions, and last measurably longer in service.
Interlocked covers, chip management and suction or extraction keep swarf off the floor and out of the air.
Configurable for a small batch job shop or a high-throughput production line, on the same platform.
Standard bought-out components, accessible wear parts, and spares available from Faridabad.

Gearbox, axle and driveline gear production where noise and warranty matter.
Spindle and gearbox components where running accuracy is critical.
Tight-tolerance gearing where edge condition is inspected, not assumed.
Instrumentation and tooling gears produced in small, high-value batches.

Clears the secondary burrs and residual swarf left after the deburring pass.

Connects to the deburring machine’s suction port to capture airborne dust at source.

The next step after hardening — removes high points and restores gear geometry.
