Designed with a straight spindle to remove the secondary burrs that remain on gears after the deburring operation, improving the quality and working life of the gear. Built from high-grade raw materials and modified to suit your component.
A deburring pass removes the main burr, but it often folds a much finer secondary burr back onto the tooth edge, and leaves loose swarf sitting in the root. Neither is visible at a glance, and both travel into the gearbox.
Wire brushing lifts these fine burrs away and sweeps the roots clean, so the gear reaches assembly genuinely burr-free. On a cleanliness-audited line this is the step that makes the difference between a pass and a rejection.
Lifts the folded secondary burrs that an abrasive deburring pass leaves on the tooth edge.
Sweeps loose swarf out of the tooth roots where it otherwise sits until assembly.
Variable speed lets you brush hard enough to clear burrs without rounding the working flank.
Two brushing heads on one frame keep cycle time down on a production line.
Enclosure and suction port keep brush dust and wire fragments out of the operator’s air.
Brushes are a consumable we stock, and everything else on the machine is a standard bought-out part.

The finishing station after deburring on automotive and transmission gears.
Parts supplied against a documented cleanliness or burr-free standard.
Turned and milled components that need edges cleaned before assembly.
A low-cost finishing station for shops running mixed batch work.

The primary burr removal step that runs before wire brushing.

Captures the fine brush dust and wire fragments at source.

The next step — washes the brushed part oil-free and assembly-ready.
Send us a deburred sample and your cleanliness specification. We will brush it and send it back for you to inspect.
